121WoolfIT provides this site and related services subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set out below. Parties to this Agreement agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability and validity of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
These "Terms and Conditions" do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

121WoolfIT will endeavour to resolve customer’s computer technical problems in a professional, reasonable and timely manner.
Whilst 121WoolfIT attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of its advice and services, this can only be based on information provided and cannot be guaranteed.
121WoolfIT has limited proprietary information from vendors, manufacturers and developers and may not have the ability to obtain any proprietary information necessary to resolve customers’ technical problems. In no event shall 121WoolfIT be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in
connection with our services.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer is responsible for providing 121WoolfIT with complete information
regarding the computer system and installed software. Such information, including manuals, software, hardware, licence keys and registration information may be needed to install or re-install the operating system and/or other software.
Prior to seeking technical support, the customer is solely responsible for adequate
protection and backup of customer data, software and/or hardware. The customer shall not provide customer passwords to any third person or permit its use by any third person. The customer understands and acknowledges that neither 121WoolfIT nor any of its third-party products or service providers shall be responsible for any lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, or work delays resulting from any technical support services, other services, or products provided by 121WoolfIT.
LOSS OF DATA
Computer hardware and storage media are liable to fail at any time. Data can be lost
through hardware failure, malicious software (e.g. viruses, malware) and numerous other means. In no event shall 121WoolfIT be liable for loss of data, software or hardware, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or expenses arising in connection with such loss. The customer is responsible for maintaining a backup copy of data.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall 121WoolfIT be liable to any person for any special, general, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting from negligent or criminal acts of third parties, loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or computer hardware damage, in connection with any of the provided services, the 121WoolfIT.com website (including all information, services, and products that are referenced or linked to from the 121WoolfIT.com website), or any other information, documents, products, software, downloads, repair services, advice, and information
provided by 121WoolfIT or any of its third-party product or service providers, whether
such person is advised of the possibility of such damages.
PRICE
The price charged services will be in accordance with that published on the
121WoolfIT.com website or otherwise agreed prior to the delivery services.
PAYMENT
The price for the services shall be payable on job completion unless otherwise
agreed in writing. The company reserves the right to accept or refuse any payment method other than cash, at its discretion. The time stipulated for payment shall be of the essence of the Agreement.
Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to write to you
upon the expiration of seven days notice, to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, and to charge interest at the rate of 2% above the bank base rate.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
121WoolfIT reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version of the Terms and Conditions on the 121WoolfIT.com website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the 121WoolfIT.com website Terms and Conditions before contacting 121WoolfIT.
