Our aim is to build on your current email skills to use the other organising features available in software like Gmail and MS Outlook.

Topics covered are:

  • Electronic mail (email) what can you do with it?
  • How to do: Web links, Hyperlinks and Attachments
  • Spam what is it and other email etiquette
  • Creating a signature
  • Setting delivery options + seeing when read by recipient
  • Calendar, creating appointments, inviting others to appointments setting reminders
  • Appointment labels, categories and reoccurrence
  • Tasks: What are they? How can you allocate them to others?
  • Listing and status update of tasks
  • Journal what does it do? How can it help you manage your staff?
  • Contacts, distribution lists, all the information that can be stored i.e. dates, family members
